摘  要:介绍了天津分公司130×104 t/a蜡油加氢处理装置的概况、设计指标、运行情况和存在的问题。从实际运行情况来看,装置运行稳定,加工负荷高。通过一系列优化措施,装置能耗逐步降低。催化剂性能优良,能够处理硫含量高的蜡油。催化裂化装置加工加氢蜡油后,产品质量和产品分布得到了明显改善,能够直接生产硫含量〈50×10-6的国Ⅳ汽油,使装置经济技术指标大幅提升。蜡油加氢与催化裂化组合工艺在汽油质量升级中潜力很大,对企业提高含硫、劣质原油加工能力,扩大原油加工适应性起到了积极作用。This article introduced the survey of unit, the design parameters, the working condition and the problems in the 130×10~4 t/a wax oil hydrotreating unit of Tianjing PetroChemical Company. The unit runs smoothly and the processing load is high according to the actual working condition. The energy consumption of the unit has been reduced gradually by a series of optimizing measures. The good quality catalyst can process the max oil with higher sulfur content. Both the production quali-ty and the production distributing were improved obviously when the FCC (Fluidization atalyticCracking) using the wax oil had been hydrotreated as its raw material, the unit could produce the gasoline (national standard IV) with higher sulfur content (<50 ppm). The wax oil hydrotreating and FCC technology can improve the quality of gasoline and the processing capacity of low quality crude oil with higher sulfur content.
