摘  要:以三氯甲烷作为提取剂抽提土壤中的石油类物质时,最佳超声提取条件是:超声波功率为25W,室温下超声提取15min,每个样品提取2次,每次加入提取剂20mL。将提取物中的溶剂蒸发后,用石油醚溶解残余物,再用紫外分光光度法进行测定。该方法的线性范围宽,精密度和准确度好,相对标准偏差为180%,加标回收率为953%,最低检出限为0.003mg/g。A method for determining oil content in soil by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and supersonic extraction is presented. The trichloromethane is used as an extraction solvent. The supersonic extraction conditions for oil are optimized. The supersonic power is 25 W, and supersonic extraction time is 15 minutes at 23 . One sample is extracted for 2 times, and 20 mL extraction solvent may be used every time. The extraction solvent is evaporated at 65 5 , then the remnant is dissolved by petroleum ether. Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer is used to determine oil content in 225 nm wave length. The linearity of the developed method is verified. The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.80%, and the average recovery rate is 95.3%. The detection limit is 0.003 mg/ g.
