摘  要:能使大庆原油/地层水界面张力降至超低的重烷基本磷酸盐(中试产品)在无酵、10gNaCl/L条件下,对壬烷产生最低界面张力。在45℃下,以壬烷为油相,重烷基苯磷酸盐为表面活性剂,仲丁酸为助表面活性剂,可以与盐水形成微乳体系。对重烷基本磷酸盐浓度0.15mol/L(水相浓度),仲丁醇/重烷基华横酸盐mol比=18.5:1,水/油体积比=1:1的微乳体系,增加盐度可导致WinsorⅠ→WinsorⅡ→WinsorⅡ连续相转变,最佳盐度的对数随重烷基苯碘酸盐平均当量的增加线性地减小。通过测定微乳体系的最佳盐度可确定未提纯重烷基苯磷酸盐的平均当量。Heavy a1kylbenzene sulfonate,which is produced on tonnage scale and can reduce the inter facial tension between Daqin crude oil and reservoir water into ultra-low,produces,the lowest interfacial tension to n-nonane at the present of 10g/l NaCl but absent of any alcohol at 45℃. The HABS can be used as surfactant to form a microemulsion system at 45℃ in which n-nonane is taken as oil ptiase and s-butanol as co-surfactant. For the microemulsion system with a s-butanol /HABS molar ratio 18. 5: 1,WOR (V/V) 1: 1,and HABS concentration of 0.15mo/l (on water phase basis),increasing NaC concentration can result in a continuous Winsor I →Winsor Ⅱ→Winsor Ⅱ phase inversion,and the logarithm of the optimum salinity decreases linearly with the increase of mean mo1ecular mass(MMM) of the HABS. By detemining tke optimum salinity of the microemulsion,the MMM of HABS not purified can be well predicted.
