摘　　要：通过对高压低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置风送系统运行风险分析,确定了系统存在的问题。提出增设脱气罐、安装可燃气体检测器、采用双向单螺杆方式排粉尘、配置分析仓独立通风机等设施。结果表明,增加设施后,有效地消除了安全隐患,降低了系统存在的风险,保证了风送系统平稳运行。The existent problems have been defined through risk analysis of the pneumatic conveying system of LDPE Plant.It was proposed to add degassing drum,install flammable gas detector,use bidirectional screw method to vent dust,and setup analytical silo's individual ventilator.The result shows,after addition of these facilities,the hidden safety hazard have been effectively removed,the risk existed in the pneumatic conveying system have been reduce and its smooth operation is ensured.
