摘　　要：某大型挤压机螺杆花键轴发生疲劳断裂,造成HDPE装置C线停产。该挤压机为引进设备,无备用螺杆,决定对断裂螺杆进行修复。修复后的螺杆通过检测与核算,其机械性能指标合格。实际应用结果表明其能够承受的正常的生产负荷,保证了该大型挤压机的正常运转。Fatigue fracture took place in the screw's splined shaft of a large extrusion and pelleting unit,which caused shutdown of train C of the HDPE Plant.This unit is imported equipment,and has no standby screw,so it' s decided to repair the fractured screw.The repaired screw meets the specification of mechanical performance according to detection and calculation.The Actual application shows,it can bear the normal production load and ensured the regular running of this large extrusion and pelleting unit.
