摘  要:分析了某机械厂申请美国ASME容器制造资质换证过程中,焊工资质考核时对小径管进行施焊后用射线检测方法进行透照并评定其焊接质量;在射线透照过程中诸多相关因素影响照相质量。针对影响射线照相质量的因素进行了理论分析,确定了控制方案,经实际验证后效果理想。This paper analyzed the process of application of a machinery factory for reissue of ASME vessel manufacturing license for which the welders joined qualification examination by welding small-bore tubes and then radiograph detections were made and their welding quality were evaluated;there are a number of factors affecting radiographic quality during radiographing.Theoretical analysis was made to these factors,control plan was determined and ideal result was obtained after actual verification.
