广西农村社会救助体系建设的问题分析与对策建议

摘　　要：改革开放以来,广西已基本建立起一套新型的农村社会救助体系,并在解决农村贫困问题、保障贫困农民基本生活、促进社会稳定等方面发挥了重要作用。但在实际运行过程中也出现了不少问题,需要深入分析和采取有效的对策,进一步加强社会救助体系建设。Since reformation and opening,we have basically been established a new rural social assistance system in Guangxi and it has played an important role in solving the problem of rural poverty,guaranteeing the basic livelihood of the impoverished farmer and foster social stability.But some problem need to solve in course of operation.It need to be deeply analyzed and adopted effective counter measures to further strengthening rural social assistance system.
