摘　　要：讨论了制备超高纯1,1,1-三氯乙烷的工艺路线,从市售试剂开始,采用了杂质皂化,氧化,洗涤、精镏、干燥、亚沸蒸镏等手段,提纯出超高纯的试剂,总得率为40％The process of preparing ultra-pure 1,1, 1-trichloroethane has been discussed in the article. The market available reagent has been used as the starting material, and the product be got with a systematic process of mixed -saponification, oxidation, washing, rectification, drying, and sub-boiling distillation. The total yield is 40%.
