摘　　要：从欠发达、欠开发的省情出发,旨在揭示社会主义和谐社会建设背景下贵州新生代农民工与城市居民的相互关系,并着重探讨两者之间的矛盾与冲突。调查发现,从态度评价看,两者之间呈现出彼此"肯定"的心态,但同时又存在着明显的"对立情绪"和"排斥心理";从矛盾冲突看,主要表现为双方之间的不协调、不信任、相互排斥乃至口角之争、暴力对抗等关系;从社会原因看,主要由于利益冲突明显、政策歧视严重、"二元心理"突出和社会互动有限。由此,提出了四条相应的对策及建议。From the less-developed and less-development province circumstance,this paper aims to show the relationship between farm worker of new generation and city inhabitant in guizhou province under socialist harmonious society construction,paying great attention to probing into the contradictory and conflict between them.From attitude evaluation,the report shows that they have affirmative mind upon each other,having the obvious contrasting feeling and rejecting psychology;From contradictory and conflict,it mainly displays their out-of-line harmony,mistrust,rejection,spat and even the violent confrontation.From social cause,it is mainly because of obvious benefit conflict,serious policy discrimination,prominent duality psychology and the limited social interaction.So it proposes four corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
