中原经济区知识产权战略构想及推进工程

摘　　要：在分析中原经济区知识产权工作存在问题的基础上,以指导思想、战略目标、战略重点、专项任务、协作机制为重点,提出中原经济区知识产权战略构想。为顺利推进知识产权战略实施,建议实施知识产权培育与功能强化工程、园区知识产权投融资试点示范工程、重点战略性行业知识产权战略布局和知识产权战略实施保障机制。Based on a summary of the issues of intellectual property rights of Central Plains Economic Zones, the paper puts forward the strategic thinking of intellectual property rights of Central Plains Economic Zones, focusing on the guiding principles, strategic objectives, strategic focuses, special tasks and collaboration mechanisms. In order to promote the successful implementing of the strategy, the paper suggests building a project of cultivating and enhancing intellectual property rights and constructing pilot demonstration projects of enhanceing project investment and financing in the zones,laying out security mechanisms of ensuring the implementing of the strategy of intellectual property rights.
