摘　　要：结合专业特色,对油脂工程创新型专业人才的培养模式进行了探索与实践,从专业培养目标和人才培养方案两个方面提出了人才培养基本思路。从理论教学课的建设、课程内容、"精品课"的建设、实践教学课的建设方面对创新型人才培养模式进行了探索与实践,以期揭示油脂工程创新型专业人才的培养模式。The paper puts forth the basic thinking on talent training from 2 aspects of training objectives and training programmes in combination with the professional features of the mode of training innovative talents for oil engineering. It probes into the traing mode from such aspects as the construction of ＂quality courses＂ and theorectical courses and the construction of practice teaching, the arrangement of curriculum content with a view to revealing the mode of training innovative talent for oil engineering.
