摘 要:目的解决玻璃安瓿吸药操作步骤繁琐、速度慢、不安全等问题。方法由同一组护理人员(5人)分别采用自行研制旋转式安瓿自动折断开启吸药操作装置(新装置)及传统方法于1瓶液体中加入20 ml、10 ml、2 ml安瓿共13支,比较两种方法的加药时间、护士加药手疲劳和安瓿损伤手的发生率。结果应用新装置操作法加药时间显著短于传统方法,护士手疲劳和安瓿损伤手的发生率显著低于传统法(均P<0.01)。结论新装置法吸药操作速度快,护士手无疲劳、无损伤,同时保证患者用药安全。Objective To solve the complicated,low-efficient and insecure problems when nurses aspirate drug from glass ampule.Methods We invited five nurses to aspirate medicine from 13 ampules of 20 ml,10 ml or 2 ml to one bottle of fluid by utilizing the self-developed rotary device for automatic breaking off tips of glass ampules or the traditional method.Afterwards,we compared the drug preparation time,rates of perceived fatigue in the hands and incidence of hand injury.Results By using the rotary device for automatic breaking off tips of glass ampules,the time of drug preparation was significantly shortened,rates of perceived fatigue in the hands and incidence of hand injury were significantly lower than by using traditional method(P0.01 for all).Conclusion The new device facilitates faster operation,ensures medication safety of patients without fatigue or injury of nurses′ hand.
