摘 要:富氧直接浸出是目前世界上锌冶炼的新工艺、新技术,它与传统炼锌比少了精矿焙烧和制酸系统,且锌总回收率高,操作环境优越,是进行环境综合治理、节能减排、循环经济、提高经济效益的最好途径之一。株冶引进芬兰OUTOTEC常压富氧直接浸出项目已投产。本文简单概述常压富氧直接浸出引进、消化、吸收过程。Enriched-oxygen direct leaching is a new Zn smelting process in the world.Compared with traditional zinc smelting technology,this process has no concentrate roasting stage and acid making system,and has higher recovery rate and better operating environment.It is one of the best ways for general environment treatment, energy efficiency and emission mitigation,cycling economy and improvement of economic returns.The atmospheric enriched-oxygen direct leaching project in Zhuzhou Smelter with the technology introduced from Outotec (Finland) has been put into successful operation.This paper is devoted to providing a general outline on the introduction,digestion and absorption of atmospheric enriched oxygen direct leaching technology.
