摘  要:某冶炼厂采用浮选工艺从硫化锌精矿常压富氧浸出后的浸出渣中综合回收元素硫。浮选入选原料为浸出渣,温度100℃,硫酸浓度36g/L,在不添加任何浮选药剂的情况下通过一粗一扫两精的浮选作业,硫精矿品位可达到81%,硫的回收率达到87.3%。该选别工艺流程简单,操作方便,指标较好,具有很好的工业应用价值。Elemental sulfur was comprehensively recovered from leaching slag which was generated by atmospheric oxygen-enriched leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate in a certain Smelter.The flotation process was used to recover elemental sulfur,the feed material for flotation is leaching slag,the temperature is 100℃,and the sulphuric acid concentration is 36 g/L.Without adding flotation reagent,by means of roughing once,scavenging once,and cleaning twice,the sulfur concentrate grade can reach 81%,the recovery rate of sulphur can reach 87.3%.The beneficiation process has been simple technological flowsheet,convenient operation,better index and favorable industrial application.
