摘 要:针对环缝洗涤器内的复杂两相流建立了三维物理和数学模型,通过现场测试的数据对其进行了验证。在此基础上针对多种工况进行了大量的数值模拟,绘制了不同煤气流量、不同环缝行程以及不同水气比条件下环缝洗涤器内多相流的压力损失曲线,揭示了环缝洗涤器内两相流场特性和各个影响因素对压降的影响程度,在此基础上给出了优化建议。According to the complex gas- liquid two phase flow in annular gap scrubber (AGE), a three- dimensional physical and mathematical model was established and was proved through the field test data. On the basis of different working conditions, a large amount of numerical simulation was carried out and pressure drop curves of gas - liquid many phase flow in annular gap scrubber were drawn in the conditions of the distinct gas volume of flow, the distinct annular gap trip and water gas ratio. Also, the two - phase flow field characteristics and influence of different factors on the pressure drop were revealed. The optimum proposals were given in the end as well.
