返乡创业农民工人口学特征与创业政策满意度相关性的实证研究——基于江西省15县调查

摘　　要：以江西省返回家乡的农民工为研究对象,重点考察其人口学特征及其对返乡创业政策满意度评价。通过对15个县市的调查样本分析,得出了农民工对返乡宣传政策比较满意,而对创业技能培训、项目支持和信息服务的政策、信贷支持政策满意度不高;不同创业形式的返乡创业农民工对创业政策的满意度有所不同。In this paper, the migrant workers to return home in Jiangxi Province as the research object, emphasis on the characteristics of its population and its policy on the home business satisfaction evaluation. Through a survey of 15 cities and counties analysis of samples obtained on the return of migrant workers more satisfied with promotion policies, while the entrepreneurial skills training, project support and information service policy, credit support policies satisfaction is not high; different forms of business home business policy of peasant workers to the satisthetion of business is different.
