摘 要:采用SEM、EDX、XRD 等手段,研究了KNaO- MgO- Al2O3 - B2O3 - SiO2 系全熔块乳浊釉的形成规律,指出釉层中均匀分布的大量MgSiO3 微晶是釉面乳浊的原因。组成中B2O3 含量愈高,釉熔体的析晶倾向愈大。少量Al2O3 则可以降低釉熔体高温粘度,抑制析晶,改善釉面白度和光泽度。在釉烧过程中,析晶继续进行,B2 O3 含量的增加使基质釉玻璃的成熟温度降低。设计合理组成及快烧工艺,可得到釉面综合质量良好的微晶乳浊釉。The opacification formation rule of fritted glazes in KNaO-MgO-Al 2O 3-B 2O 3-SiO 2 system was investigated by means of SEM,EDX and XRD.It was pointed out that large amount of B 2O 3 MgSiO 3 microcrystal evenly dispersed in glaze layer resulted in opacification of glaze surface.The higher the amount of B 2O 3 in glaze flux was,the stronger tendency towards devitrification would become.A little Al 2O 3 would decrease high temperature viscosity of glaze flux, depress its devitrification and accordingly improve the whiteness and glossiness of glaze surface.During the firing process,crystallization continued.And increase of B 2O 3 made the maturing temperature of host glass decrease.By designing rational composition and fast firing process,we are able to obtain microcrystalline opaque glazes of good comprehensive quality.
