摘　　要：在交通、房产、规划、拨地等测量工作中,由于施工控制网误差、放样误差、施工误差等综合影响,导致了放样、施工后地块的实际尺寸和设计数据的差异。文章分析了这些差异即误差的一般规律,讨论了依据设计数据所计算的实际地块面积精度的估算方法,以房产面积的测算和精度估算为例,说明研究结果的具体运用。During the process of transportation,housing and planning survey,the construction control network error,lofting error and construction lofting error can result in the data differences between the actual size and design plots after the construction lofting.This paper analyzed the general descipline of these errors,discussed the design data calculated according to the actual land area and the method of estimating the precision of the housing area,and finally explained the specific appliction of the research result by taking the measurement and accuracy estimate of house property＇s area as an example.
