摘  要:目的研究外源钙对干旱胁迫下甘草药材中钙元素含量的影响。方法以人工种植甘草为材料,按照外源钙叶面喷施浓度、喷施季节与干旱胁迫程度3因素3水平设计正交试验处理,分别于甘草返青期、生长旺期和落叶期取样,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP)法测定不同试验处理下甘草药材中的钙元素含量,分析各试验因素对钙元素含量变化的影响。结果不同的干旱胁迫程度、叶面喷钙浓度和喷钙季节对甘草药材中的钙元素含量均具有显著影响,其中轻度干旱胁迫、叶面喷施16 mmol/L的钙、秋季喷钙有利于甘草药材中钙元素的积累。结论外源钙对干旱胁迫下甘草药材中钙元素含量的影响因素中,干旱胁迫是主导因素,叶面喷钙通过提高植物抗旱性促进了钙元素的积累。Objective To study the effect of exogenous calcium on the calcium content of Glycyrrhiza Radix under drought stress.Method Artificial cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis was used as the material.With the spraying of exogenous calcium concentration,spraying season and drought stress as 3 factors.Glycyrrhiza uralensis in the stage of green,growth and defoliation was sampled according to L9(34) orthogonal design,and calcium content was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP) method.The effect of experimental factors on the calcium content was analyzed.Result Different degree of drought stress,concertration and season of foliar spray calcium had significant effects on the calcium content of Glycyrrhiza Radix.Mild drought stress,spraying 16 mmol/L of calcium in autumn helped calcium accumulation of Glycyrrhiza Radix.Conclusion In the factors of exogenous calcium influencing calcium content of Glycyrrhiza Radix under drought stress,drought stress is the dominant factor,and foliar spray of calcium promotes the accumulation of calcium by increasing the drought resistance of plants.
