通过HPLC法测定异嗪皮啶含量提高强力脑清素片质量标准

摘　　要：目的:通过对刺五加中的异嗪皮啶进行含量测定,以保证强力脑清素制剂的质量和疗效。方法:高效液相色谱法,Waters C18柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为343nm。结果:异嗪皮啶在0.0816-0.4896μg范围内,峰面积与其进样量成线性关系,r=0.99995。平均回收率为97.64%,RSD=1.88%(n=6)。结论:该方法可靠、简便,为提高强力脑清素片质量标准提供依据。Objective：To determine the content of isofrasidin in acanthopanacis,to ensure the quality and curative effect of the Qianglinaoqingsu Tablets.Methods：HPLC was used.The stationary phase was Waters C18 colum（150nm×4.6nm,5μm）.The moble phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid（20：80）.The UV detection wavelength was 343nm.Results：There was a good linear relationship within the concentration rang of 0.0816-0.4896μg of isofraxidin Acanthopanacis senticosi,r=0.99995.The average recovery of the method was 97.64%,RSD=1.88%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is accurate,simple and easy to operate.To improve the quality standards of Qianglinaoqingsu Tablets tablets provide the basis.
