苦楝子中三萜成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:对苦楝子的甲醇提取物中的三萜成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶,常压RP-C18硅胶,葡聚糖凝胶LH-20以及制备液相色谱分离纯化,通过1D-NMR,2D-NMR以及EI-MS波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从苦楝子的甲醇提取物中共分离得到4个三萜化合物经鉴定为:Meliasenin B(Ⅰ),Meliasenin G(Ⅱ)(2M+Na963.33),12β-Hydroxykulactone(Ⅲ),Methyl kulonate(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ首次从该植物中分到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Melia azedarach L.Methods：Silica,RP-18,Sephadex HL-20 gel column and prep HPLC was employed to isolate and purify the constituents.Structures of the chemical constituents were elucidated by MS and NMR.Results：Six constituents were isolated and identified as meliasenin B（Ⅰ）,meliasenin G（Ⅱ）,12β-hydroxykulactone（Ⅲ）,methyl kulonate（Ⅳ）.Conclusion：CompoundsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were firstly separated from Melia azedarach L.
