核糖核酸BP素与顺铂联合治疗恶性胸腔积液观察

摘　　要：目的:观察核糖核酸BP素联用顺铂与单用顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和毒性反应及氟美松在治疗中的作用。方法:恶性胸腔积液住院患者128例,分为单用顺铂组,顺铂与氟美松治疗组,顺铂与BP素治疗组,顺铂与BP素、氟美松治疗组,每组各32例。彻底引流胸液,4组分别经引流管注入顺铂,顺铂与氟美松,顺铂、BP素,及顺铂、BP素、氟美松治疗。结果:核糖核酸BP素联用顺铂治疗组有效率明显优于单用顺铂组,4组间毒性反应无显著应差异。结论:核糖核酸BP素与顺铂联合治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确定。Objective：To investigate Ribonucleic Acid combined with cisplatin versus cisplatin alone treatment of malignant pleural effusion,and the efficacy and toxicity of dexamethasone in treatment effect.Methods：128 cases of malignant pleural effusion in hospitalized patients were divided into groups with cisplatin alone,cisplatin and dexamethasone treatment group,cisplatin and Ribonucleic Acid treatment group,cisplatin,Ribonucleic Acid and dexamethasone treatment group,each group in 32 cases.The complete drainage of pleural effusion,four groups were injected through the drainage tube cisplatin,cisplatin and dexamethasone,cisplatin and Ribonucleic Acid,cisplatinum Ribonucleic Acid and dexamethasone treatment.Results：The results of Ribonucleic Acid combined with cisplatin in the treatment group was significantly superior to cisplatin alone group,four groups should be no significant toxicity differences.Conclusion：Ribonucleic Acid and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion should be determined.
