摘　　要：目的:观察自拟排石汤治疗肾、输尿管结石的疗效。方法:选取58例门诊、住院确诊的肾、输尿管结石患者口服排石汤治疗,观察其疗效。结果:治疗58例,最短者12天,最长达1.5年,总有效率93%。结论:西医治疗结合排石汤治疗肾、输尿管结石效果较好。Objective：To observe the self-make paishi decoction treatment efficacy of renal and ureteral.Methods：Selected patient diagnosed 58 cases of renal and ureteral calculus in patients with oral treatment paishi decoction.Results：58 cases the shortest from 12 days to recover to 1 year and a half.The tatal effective rate 93%.Conclusion：The slef-make soup paishi treatment of renal and yreteral calculus with a better the repeutic effect.
