摘  要:目的观察川芎嗪对动脉粥样硬化大鼠机体内自由基的拮抗作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为4组,其中3组在饲以高脂饲料的同时腹腔注射不同剂量的川芎嗪2,4d后测定各组心肌组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果川芎嗪能明显升高心肌组织中SOD的活性和减少MDA的含量(P<0.05),且与川芎嗪的剂量密切相关。结论川芎嗪对动脉粥样硬化大鼠机体内自由基有较好的拮抗作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Ligustrazine's Antagonism to free radicals in rats with atherosclerosis.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,3 of which were given high-fat diet while given intraperitoneal injection of different doses of lgustrazine,24 days later,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and MDA(MDA) content of the myocardial tissue homogenate were determined.Results Ligustrazine enhanced the SOD activity and reduce the content of MDA in myocardial tissue(P0.05),and the effecacy was closely related to the dose.Conclusions Ligustrazine has a good effecacy of antagonism to free radicals in SD rats with atherosclerosis.
