松生拟层孔菌子实体乙醇提取物体外抑瘤作用初探

摘　　要：目的观察松生拟层孔菌子实体乙醇提取物体外抗肿瘤活性。方法体外药效试验采用Alamar Blue法及MTT法,观察子实体乙醇提取物对人肺癌细胞株NCI-H460、小鼠肝癌细胞株H22及小鼠肉瘤细胞株S180的增殖抑制作用。结果其子实体乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯相在100μg/mL时,体外对NCI-H460、S180及H22细胞的增殖均有显著的抑制作用,其抑制率分别为98.73%、32.50%5、1.10%。结论松生拟层孔菌子实体乙醇提取物具有一定的体外抗肿瘤活性。Objective To study the antitumor activity of alcoholic extract from the sporocarp of Formitopsis Pinicola in vitro.Methods Sporocarp of Formitopsis Pinicola was extracted by alchol and isolated by silica gel column chromatography and the ethyl acetate extract was studied on the anti-tumor activity in vitro by Alamar Blue and MTT assay.Results The ethyl acetate extract from sporocarp of Formitopsis pinicola had growth inhibition effect on NCI-H460 cell line,S180 and H22 cells at 100μg/mL.The ratios of the inhibition were 98.73%,32.50% and 51.10%,respectively.Conclusion Alchoholic extractive from the sporocarp of Formitopsis Pinicola has obvious inhibitory tumor activity in vitro.
