摘 要:目的用HPLC法对湖北神农架和恩施产厚朴中酚性成分进行含量测定,并与不同地区的商品厚朴进行含量比较。方法 HPLC法:色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(4.6mm×250mm×5μm);以甲醇-水(78:22)为流动相;检测波长为294nm。结果恩施干皮的含量19.103%>恩施枝皮4.744%>神农架干皮3.666%>广东南药样品3.107%>广州药材样品2.929%>湖北天济样品2.485%>北京恒宇样品1.707%>神农架枝皮1.500%>深圳一致样品0.826%>湖北德仁堂样品0.040%>香港柯土甸样品0.016%。结论湖北恩施厚朴的质量最佳,神农架干皮次之,广东南药、湖北天济、广州药材的样品的酚性成分总含量达到药典要求≥2%,其它5个样品不符合药典要求。Objective To Determination the content of phenols in samples of Magnoliae Cortex,which are originated in Shennongjia and Enshi of Hubei province,and to compare with the other commodities of different areas.Methods The HPLC method was performed on Agilent HC-C18(4.6×250mm×5μm),with a wavelength of 294nm and methanol-water(78:22) as the mobile phase.Results The comparisons on the contents were as follows: Enshi trunk bark 19.103%Enshi branch bark 4.744% shennongjia trunk bark 3.666%Guangdong sample 3.107% Guangzhou sample 2.929%Hubei Tianji sample 2.485%Beijing sample 1.707% shennongjia branch bark 1.500% Senzhen sample 0.826% Hubei Derentang sample 0.040% Hongkong sample 0.016%Conclusion The Manoliae Cortex of Hubei Enshi has the best quality,followed by Shennongjia sample,Guangdong sample,Hubei Tianji sample and Guangzhou sample.Above a few varieties can meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia(≥2%),the other 5 samples are below the standard of Pharmacopoeia.
