摘 要:旋转床的气相压降是旋转床工程设计的一项重要指标。利用空气水系统对旋转填充床的气相压降进行分段模型化和实验研究。结果表明: 旋转床干床压降比湿床大; 进口压降随气量增大而增大; 内腔压降随液体加入突然减小; 出口压降随气量增大而增大, 随转速增大而减小, 随液体加入而突然增大; 填料层压降随气量和转速增大而增大, 当流体加入时, 先减小, 后增大。The gas pressure drop of a rotating packed bed(RPB) is an important factor in its engineering design. Dividing the rotating packed bed into different parts, this paper presents a set of experimental measurements and modeling of gas pressure drop based on air water system. Results show: (1)The pressure drop of dry bed is higher than that of wet one. (2)The pressure drop of inlet increases when gas flow rate is enhanced. (3)The pressure drop of eye of packing rapidly decreases, then it does not vary when liquid is introduced into RPB. (4)The pressure drop of outlet increases when gas flow rate is enhanced. However the pressure drop decreases when rotating speed is enhanced. Whereas the pressure drop increases rapidly when liquid is introduced to RPB. (5)The pressure drop of packing increases when gas flow rate and rotating speed are enhanced. However the pressure drop initially decreases, then somewhat increases again when liquid is introduced to the rotor.
