摘　　要：美国卫生管理教育经过长期发展已形成相对成熟的体系,其培养目标、课程设置和培养方式都从社会需求出发,致力于培养具有专业实践能力和良好综合素养的应用型人才。以美国经验作为借鉴,我国卫生管理教育应以市场为导向确立培养目标,调整课程设置,探索实践教学模式,为不断完善的卫生体系培养职业化的管理队伍。The USA has already established a well-formed health administration teaching system due to a long term exploration and de-velopment.The goal of education,curriculum provision and cultivation methods are oriented to meeting social needs and to cultivating applied talents with both professional practice skills and comprehensive abilities.China can draw on the experience of America by setting market-orien-ted teaching goals,regulating curriculum and explore the practice teaching mode.
