摘　　要：通过了解我国中医药立法现状,分析我国中医药法出台难的制约性因素。认为我国中医药立法的制约因素有:中医在全社会的认同度、关注度不够;人们对中医发展过程中的一些规律和重要问题的认识不够清楚透彻;法律的实施条件尚待完善。On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine legislation in China,the paper analyzed the restrictive factors of traditional Chin-ese medicine legislation in China.One is the degree of recognition of the traditional Chinese medicine in the whole of society,attention,it is not enough.Secondly,the people in the development process of traditional Chinese medicine and some of the laws are not enough clear about the important issues.Thirdly,the implementation of the law has to be perfected.
