利用真姬菇菌渣栽培金顶侧耳的配方研究

摘　　要：以真姬菇菌渣为主要基料,研究了不同配方对金顶侧耳(P.citrinopileatus)菌丝生长和产量的影响。结果表明,在常规栽培配方中添加40%菌渣替代木屑效果最好。最佳配方为:菌渣40%+木屑40%+棉籽壳10%+麦麸10%。The effects of different culture formula with Hypsizigus marmoreus residues on the mycelium growth and yield of Pleurotus cirtinopileatus were studied in this paper.The results showed that the conventional formula with 40% Hypsizigus marmoreus residues in place of sawdust was the best.The best formula included 40% Hypsizigus marmoreus residues,40% sawdust,10% cotton seed hulls and 10% wheat bran.
