摘 要:为了提高传感器制造的工艺水平,批量生产高质量、高可靠性的产品,对传感器生产过程实施统计过程控制(SPC)研究.在"可靠性是设计和制造出来的"基本观点基础上,提出了高质量的元器件是由统计受控的高水平生产线生产,而不是"挑选出来"的观点,把统计过程控制方法应用到生产工序中,监控产品制造工艺,保证工艺过程稳定受控,促进工艺优化,提高生产线制造水平.通过SPC技术在传感器批产中的实践应用,关键工序工艺成品率由89%提升到99%.实施SPC技术既保证产品内在质量,同时实现与国际市场接轨,提升产品的竞争力.In order to improve the technological level of sensor manufacturing and enhance the quality and reliability of mass-produced sensors,the statistical process control(SPC) in sensor manufacturing is studied.With the basic point of view that reliability rests with design and manufacturing,a viewpoint is given,in which high quality components are manufactured in high level statistical-controlled product line.SPC is used in production processes.The processes are monitored,technological processes are stable and controlled,the technique is optimized,and the manufacturing level of product line is improved.With application of SPC in sensor manufacturing,the rate of finished products in the key process is raised to 99% from 89%.Implementation of SPC technique ensures the intrinsic product quality,geared to international market,and product competitiveness improved.
