摘  要:混炼头是转矩流变仪中的关键零件,由于其曲面特征复杂,实体模型一直很难建立.本文利用UG NX 2.0软件,采用逆向工程技术,对混炼头结构进行参数化设计.提出了样条曲线与自由曲面特征相结合的混合建模方法生成混炼头实体模型,利用该模型最终可以实现混炼头的数控加工和快速成型.试验结果表明,这种设计方法实现了复杂型面的混炼头的虚拟设计,能够满足加工要求,且有很好的重复和再现性,有较强的应用价值.Mixing head is a key part of the torque rheometer.It is always difficult to build the solid model of mixing head because of its complex surface characters.In this paper,UG NX 2.0 software is used in the parametric design of mixing head with reverse engineering technology,a blended modeling approach is proposed which combines the rule curve with the free surface characters,and then the solid model of mixing head is worked up.Finally,we can realize its NC and rapid prototyping through using the solid model.The experimental results show that this method realizes virtual design of the complex curve of mixing head,meets the processing requriements,and has good repeatability and reproducibility and great value.
