摘 要:液力透平回收能量是一项过程节能技术。对液力透平能量回收装置的研究主要有3个方面:液力透平性能,回收装置配置及运行工况调节。运用新的水力设计理论与方法可提高透平综合性能,这是液力透平研究的趋势。透平与相关设备性能、系统工况参数互相匹配,使回收装置在高效区工作。系统偏离设计工况时选择合理的调节方法来充分回收能量。Using hydraulic turbines for pressure energy recovery is a process energy-saving technology.In the article,researches on energy recovery hydraulic turbine are focusing on three facets,namely,the characters of hydraulic turbine,the configuration of energy recovery equipments and the adjustment of operating modes.Using new theories and methods for hydraulic design and optimizing the structures will improve comprehensive performances of hydraulic turbine.And this will be the research tendency of hydraulic turbine.The performance of hydraulic turbine should be well-matched with the performance of related devices and the system mode parameters.Thus they can all run at the ranges of their best efficiency modes.Choose the appropriate method for regulation while the operating mode is off the design mode;then the pressure energy will be recovered adequately.
