血必净在AL I/ARDS患者治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净注射液在ALI/ARDS患者治疗中的疗效。方法随机选择2009年1月至2010年4月安徽省立医院ICU收治的需要机械通气的ALI/ARDS患者20例为血必净组,回顾性寻找与血必净组匹配的需机械通气治疗的病例24例为对照组;比较血必净对患者生命体征和氧合情况的影响,以及对患者留住ICU天数和28 d病死率等的影响。结果血必净治疗组与对照组比较,血必净组能更好改善患者动脉血氧合、稳定血流动力学,并能够缩短留住ICU时间,但两组间28 d病死率差异无统计学意义。结论血必净在ALI/ARDS患者的治疗中近期疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection in treatment of patients with acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome（ALI/ARDS） in ICU.Methods A retrospective research.20 patients with ALI/ARDS receiving mechanical ventilation applied Xuebijing injection treatment in ICU from Jan 2009 to Apr 2010 as Xuebijing group.We also found 24 paired patients as mechanical ventilation group（controlled group） receiving normal treatment.We compared vital signs,oxygenation index,28-day mortality,the days staying in ICU and the days of ventilation between the two groups.Results There was no difference in 28-days mortality,but there was significant difference in the days staying in ICU and the days of ventilation.Conclusion It was of efficiency to apply Xuebijing injection on patients with acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome in ICU.
