非瓣膜性心房颤动与超敏C反应蛋白水平的关系观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C reactivity protein,hs-CRP)与非瓣膜性心房颤动(AF)之间的关系。方法:将非瓣膜性AF患者61例分为2组,阵发性AF 30例,持续性AF 31例;另选择窦性心律患者31例为对照组。采用乳胶免疫比浊法测定各组患者的血清hs-CRP水平,同时测量各患者的左心房前后径。结果:对照组、阵发性AF组和持续性AF组血清hs-CRP水平依次升高、左心房前后径(LAD)依次增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05～P<0.01),入选患者的血清hs-CRP水平与LAD增大呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:hs-CRP在AF患者中明显升高,在AF的发生和维持中起一定的作用。Objective： To explore the correlation between high-sensitivity C reactivity protein （hs-CRP） and atrial fibrillation. Methods：Sixty-one patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups：paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （PAF） group （30 cases） and subtained atrial fibrillation （SAF） and control group（ the other 31 cases with sinus rhythm acted）. The serum hs-CRP levels and the left atrial internal diameter of all the cases were measured by immunochemistry method and echocardiography. Results： The hs-CRP level of PAF group and SAF group was significantly higher than that of the control （P 〈0.05 to P 〈0.01 ） ;the serum hs- C RP level and the left atrial internal diameter of SAF group were significantly higher than that of PAF group （P 〈 O. 01 ）, and the serum hs-CRP level was positively related with the left atrial internal diameter（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ：The level of serum hs-CRP increases significantly in patients with atrial fibrillation, which indicaates that the inflammatory reation may promote the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.
