摘　　要：医疗设备供应链管理是医院非诊疗流程管理中重要的环节。当前,我国企业的医疗设备供应链管理尚处于初级阶段,运作效率差,信息系统建设落后,管理水平低下。以条码技术、移动终端为主的物联网技术是医院供应链管理比较经济、可行的方案。文中探讨了医疗设备供应链管理中存在的问题,分析了物联网技术用于医疗设备供应链管理的可行性,构建了基于物联网的医疗设备供应链管理系统模型,介绍了其应用流程和实施步骤。The management of medical equipment supply chain is the important part of the process management of non diagnosis and treatment in hospital.At present,the medical equipment supply chain management of enterprises in our country is still in its infancy with poor operational efficiency,backward information system and low-level management.The technology of the Internet of Things based on bar code technology and mobile terminal technology is the feasible and economical solution on hospital supply chain management.We discuss problems existing in medical equipment supply chain management,analyze the feasibility of medical equipment supply chain management by the Internet of Things,construct the model of medical equipment supply chain management system based on Internet of Things,and introduce its application process and implementation.
