摘  要:在植物离体培养中,选择高产的外植体,寻找合适的培养条件,运用不同的离体培养方法是提高细胞生长速度和次生代谢物产量并实现工厂化生产的先决条件。为此,从以上几个方面阐述了近年来的研究进展,着重介绍了8种利用植物离体培养技术生产次生代谢物的方法,并提出了各种方法存在的问题及解决方案,同时对植物离体培养技术的前景进行了展望。During the plant in vitro cell culture,the key factors of increasing the cell growth rate and yield of secondary metabolites include screening high production cell line,searching for the most suitable culture condition and adopting different culture methods.Simultaneously these factors are also preconditions of realizing industrial production.The advances were reviewed form the above aspects,the eight methods of producing secondary metabolites by in vitro cell culture technology were introduced and the problems and solutions of every method were discussed.At last the prospect of in vitro cell culture technology was predicted.
