摘  要:应用叶绿素荧光诱导动力学方法,分析玉米幼苗展叶过程中叶尖、叶中和叶基部位的叶绿素荧光参数特性,研究C4植物在叶片发育过程中光化学活性的变化规律。结果表明,对于叶尖部位,在叶片从2 cm伸展到30 cm过程中,Fo以5%的幅度逐渐下降;Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm分别从2.59和0.76逐渐升高到3.92和0.82,而在叶长2 cm时Fv最低,ABS/RC、TRo/RC、ETo/RC和DIo/RC最高。30 cm长的叶片从叶基到叶尖相应的荧光参数变化特性与展叶过程中的叶尖部位一致。这些结果说明在玉米叶片展开过程中从叶基到叶尖光化学活性逐渐完善。The characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the apex,centre and base of leaf during leaf elongation in maize seedling were investigated through determination of chlorophyll fluorescence induction dynamics of leaves during leaf elongation of maize seedling with Handy-PEA to ascertain the variation characteristics of photochemical activity in leaf development process of C4 plants.The results showed that Fo decreased with 5% degree and Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm increased gradually from 2.59 and 0.76 to 3.92 and 0.82 respectively in the leaf apex during leaf elongation from 2cm to 30cm,while Fv was lowest and ABS/RC,TRo/RC,ETo/RC and DIo/RC were highest in 2cm length leaf.The variation of characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters from the base to apex of 30cm length leaf coincided with that in the leaf apex during leaf elongation.These results stated that the photochemical function in the part from base to apex of leaf improved gradually during leaf elongation in maize seedling.
