关于完善中国行政执法环境的思考

摘　　要：行政执法活动会受到一定的执法环境的影响和制约。随着经济社会的发展,当代中国行政执法环境正在逐步改善,执法水平也有了较大提高,但仍然存在一些比较突出的问题。为了解决好这些问题,应注重提高各级部门依法行政能力,提高行政执法人员的执法能力和责任心,提高社会公众的现代公民法律意识。Administrative law enforcement is affected by law enforcement environment in some degree.With the development of economic society,law enforcement environment in China today is improving,but some problems still exist.To solve these problems,the ability to enforce laws from authorities and tipstaff should be improved,and so should the law consciousness of modern citizens.
