摘 要:介绍了一种新型的塑壳断路器智能化脱扣器。在硬件设计中,采用自供电方式,以硬件和软件协调放电的方式限制电源电压,并且通过两种放大电路处理电流信号,从而提高小电流时的测量和保护精度;软件方面采用三段保护算法,从而提供过载长延时、短路短延时和瞬动保护,并且提供接地保护。对样机进行功能测试、保护精度和电磁兼容试验。结果表明,该脱扣器功能符合需求并满足设计要求,具有良好性能。A new intelligent releaser for moulded case circuit breaker was introduced.By using self-powered method,the power voltage was limited with the coordination discharge of hardware and software,and the current signal conditioning circuit with two magnification circuits was designed to improve the accuracy of small current measurement and protection.As for the software design,a three-stage algorithm was used,and thus it could offer the long time delay protection for overload,the short time delay protection for short-circuit and the instantaneous operation protection,and the earth fault protection as well.Some experiments of the prototype were done including functional experiment,protection accuracy experiment and EMC experiment.The results show that this intelligent releaser prototype can satisfy the functional and precision requirement.
