摘  要:针对传统电磁制动器使用寿命短、能耗高的缺点,设计了一种基于NE555为控制核心的电磁制动器节能控制电路。分析了直流电磁铁在脉冲电压激励下的动态特性,给出了励磁电流与占空比之间的函数关系式,在此基础上提出了电磁铁励磁电流控制策略。结果表明,制动器具有大电流起动、小电流维持的特点,有显著的节能效果。Aiming at the shortcomings of conventional electromagnetic brake,such as short service life and high energy consumption,the control circuit of electromagnetic brake based on NE555 was designed.The dynamic characteristic of the DC electromagnet under pulse voltage excitation was analysed,the functional relationships between excitation current and duty cycle were given,then the control strategy of excitation current of the electromagnet was introduced.The experimental results showed that the electromagnetic brake had the advantages of large operating current and low holding current in action,and the effect on energy-saving was obvious.
