摘 要:由于生产调整或特殊原因导致的炼油化工装置闲置或处于停工状态期间,设备所处的环境条件与操作运行期间完全不同,往往比操作运行中更容易出现劣化现象。同时,很多企业目前仍缺乏此方面的经验,需要有合适的保护方案来预防停工期间的设备腐蚀问题。通过对炼化装置闲置停工设备在停工期间存在的腐蚀环境分析,对可能发生的3种腐蚀的腐蚀机理进行了探讨,并给出了停工设备的腐蚀影响因素;介绍了5种常用的闲置停工设备的保护方法及其应用情况,同时对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析;最后指出了制定停工设备保护方案时应注意的事项。In the operation of refineries and petrochemical plant, the process units sometimes have to be shutdown due to adjustment of production or other reasons. As the shutdown equipment's environmental conditions are completely different from those of normal operation, the equipment is more subject to corrosion than in normal operation. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to protect the shutdown equipment from corrosion. Through the analysis of corrosion environment of idle equipment of refinery and petrochemical units, the possible 3 corrosion mechanisms are studied and corrosion impact factors of idle equipment are given. The 5 common corrosion protection methods and their applications are described and advantages and disadvantages of each method are studied. The precautions in development of equipment protection plan are presented.
