摘  要:祖国医学认为"药食同源"。战国至三国时期是食疗治疗眩晕病的起步阶段,魏晋隋唐时期对于眩晕病食疗的理论研究趋于增多,宋至金元时期在眩晕的防治研究上花费了大量的精力,为后世奠定了坚实基础,明清以后食疗已成为一门相对独立的学科,眩晕病的食疗也成为不能忽略的内容。The homology of medicine and food is well recognized by Chinese medicine. From the Warring States Period to Three Kingdoms Period, the diet therapy for vertigo was in its initial stage. In Wei Jin Sui Tang Period, the theoretical researches on diet therapy for vertigo were increasing. In Song Jin Yuan Period, people made great efforts on the study of vertigo prevention, which laid a solid foundation for the later generation. After the Ming and Qing Dynasty, diet therapy became an independent subjeet and the diet therapy for vertigo became an important content that could not be neglected.
