芪药消渴胶囊对高脂膳食诱导追赶生长模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗及血清瘦素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察芪药消渴胶囊对高脂膳食诱导追赶生长模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗及血清瘦素的影响。方法:采用限食后开放高脂膳食法复制追赶生长大鼠模型,观察芪药消渴胶囊灌胃给药8周后大鼠血糖、血脂、血清游离脂肪酸、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、血清瘦素的变化。结果:芪药消渴胶囊能改善追赶生长大鼠胰岛素抵抗、降低血中游离脂肪酸含量,降低追赶生长大鼠血清瘦素水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:芪药消渴胶囊能改善高脂膳食致追赶生长模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗及血清瘦素抵抗,对减轻或延缓糖尿病的发生和发展具有一定的作用。Objective： To observe the effects of Qiyao Xiaoke Capsule on insulin resistance （IR） and serum leptin of catch-up growing rats induced by high-fat food. Methods： To make catch-up growing rat models induced by high-fat food after food limit and observe the changes of rats＇ blood sugar, blood lipid, free fatty acid（ FFA）, insulin, index of IR and serum leptin after be- ing given Qiyao Xiaoke Capsule intragastrically for 8 weeks. Results： Qiyao Xiaoke Capsule could improve IR, reduce the content of FFA in the blood and the level of serum leptin of catch-up growing rats （P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Qiyao Xiaoke Capsule has certain effects in improving IR and serum leptin resistance and relieving or delaying the development of diabetes.
