摘  要:为提高母线折弯成形精度,消除回弹的影响,设计一种带有折弯角度实时监测并具有回弹自动补偿功能的母线折弯机控制系统。该系统充分利用了单片机数据采集能力强以及PLC作为逻辑控制器可靠性高的特点,分别采用两片51系列单片机作为角度数据的采集器及一台三菱FX1S系列PLC作为机床的逻辑控制器。并通过RS232串口将数据传给上位PC机及采用VB6.0软件进行编程,能方便地实现各种回弹补偿控制方案。装机调试结果表明,该系统运行良好。To improve the precision of angle controlling of bus bar bending machine and to eliminate the influences caused by spring back,a bus bar bending control system with real-time inspection and spring back compensation was designed.The characteristics of strong data collecting ability of single-chip and high reliability of PLC as logical controller were fully used in the system.Two MCS-51 single-chips were adopted as the angular acquisition device and one MITSUBISH FX1S series PLC was used as the controller of the bus bar bending machine.Angular signals were transmitted to the upper PC with RS232 serial port,and the software was programmed with VB6.0,and the spring back compensation with different bending strategies could be easily realized.Test run result shows the designed bending control system performs well.
