摘  要:目的掌握湖南省食品中沙门菌血清型分布和耐药现况,为沙门菌病的防控提供科学依据。方法应用GB4789.4-2010对来自食品中的沙门菌进行血清分型鉴定,采用CLSI推荐的微量肉汤稀释法对分离株进行14种抗生素敏感试验。结果 150株沙门菌分离株血清群以B群为主,主要血清型为德尔卑沙门菌、阿贡纳沙门菌、瓦伊勒沙门菌。126株(84.00%)对1种以上的抗生素耐药,其中对3种以上的抗生素耐药占49.33%(74/150);在所测定14种抗生素中,对四环素(56.00%)、阿莫西林/克拉维酸(56.00%)、氨苄青霉素(42.00%)的耐药性较高,对头孢吡肟、阿米卡星、头孢噻肟和头孢曲松较敏感;同时分离出3株耐9种以上抗生素的鼠伤寒沙门菌,其耐药谱与超级耐药鼠伤寒沙门菌DT104的耐药谱类似。结论湖南省食源性沙门菌血清型分布呈多态性,各血清型沙门菌均有不同程度的耐药及多重耐药。加强对沙门菌的综合监测,有利于指导沙门菌病的防治,提高对疫情的应急能力。Objective To understand the serotype distribution and antibiotic-resistance of Salmonella isolated from food in Hunan Province,and to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling diseases caused by Salmonellas.Methods The serotypes of Salmonella isolates were identified by national standards and the drug-sensitivities of Salmonella strains to 14 antibiotics were determined by broth microdilution susceptibility testing.Results Among 150 Salmonella isolates,the main serogroup was found to be group B,and the dominant serotypes were S.derby,S.agona,and S.vejle from the results of drug-sensitivity.It was found that 126(84%) isolates were resistant to at least one antibiotic.Among them,resistance against ttetracycline(56.00%),amoxicillin(56.00%) and ampicillin(42.00%) were the most common,whereas 74(49.33%) were resistant to at least three antimicrobials.Moreover,the drug resistance spectrum of 3 Salmonella typhimurium isolates that resistant to 9 antibiotics was similar to Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium DT104.Conclusions The results suggest that the resistance of antibiotics exists in different serotype foodborne Salmonella in Hunan.Enhancing the comprehensive surveillance is conducive to preventing and controlling the Salmonella disease and improving the capacity response for epidemic emergencies.
