郴州某乳化炸药生产线职业病危害控制效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解某乳化炸药生产线存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在珍珠岩尘、硝酸氨尘、氮氧化物、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、噪声、高温、热辐射等,现场检测各种化学性有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效。Objective To know the occupational hazard factors in emulsion explosive manufacture,and to provide the evidence for making measures of preventing occupational diseases.Methods Occupational hygiene investigation,site monitoring of occupational hazard factors in workplaces and occupational health examinaiton were used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.Results The main occupational hazard factors were perlite dust,ammonium nitrate dust,nitrogen oxides,ammonia,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,noise,high temperature and thermal radiation,etc.All the concentrations of hazardous substances accorded with the limits of the national standards by the tests.Conclusions The protective measures about occupational hazards in this construction project is feasible and effective.
