摘  要:目的探讨微量元素与儿童弱视之间的关系,为临床合理用药治疗儿童弱视提供依据。方法对分布在岳阳市城乡的232名弱视儿童及对照组儿童采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行头发微量元素测定,应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果弱视儿童发Zn、Se、Cu元素含量明显低于正常儿童,但弱视儿童发Zn、Se、Cu含量男女间分别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);城区弱视儿童发Zn元素含量明显高于乡镇弱视儿童,而城乡弱视儿童发Se、Cu元素含量两组间分别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论弱视儿童头发微量元素异常,对弱视成因有一定影响,建议重视并及时纠正儿童异常的微量元素。Objective To explore the relationship between trace elements and ametropia in preschool children,and to provide the evidence for instruction of reasonable medication in clinical practice.Methods ICP-MS was used to determine hair trace elements among 232 children with ametropia and 232 healthy controls in the urban and rural areas of Yueyang.All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.Results The levels of hair zinc,selenium and copper in children with ametropia were significantly lower than those of normal children,but no statistically significant difference was found in the levels of hair zinc,selenium and copper between boys and girls in amblyopia group(P〉0.05).The level of hair zinc in the urban children with amblyopia was higher than that in the rural children with amblyopia,but no statistically significant difference was found in the levels of hair selenium and copper between urban and rural children with amblyopia(P〉0.05).Conclusions The hair trace elements of amblyopia children and the pathogenesis of amblyopia may be correlated with the changes of trace elements.The results suggest that more attention should be paid to promptly correcting the abnormal levels of hair trace elements in preschool children.
