健康促进对流动人口肺结核病人依从性的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自主创建的"首诊医生健康教育-确诊后医生和督导员共同督导并健康教育-治疗过程中三级督导员健康教育"的健康促进模式对流动人口肺结核病人的意义。方法通过对辖区内流动人口实施"首诊医生健康教育-确诊后主管医生和督导员共同督导并健康教育-治疗过程中三级督导员健康教育"的结核病人管理模式,客观系统记录健康促进开展后两年内在查痰率、留深治疗率等各个方面的指标;并同时将此结果和既往两年未系统开展结核病健康促进时的各项指标比较。结果 1、自主创建的健康促进模式对流动人口的肺结核病人达到了留深治疗率>90%;治愈率>85%;2、开展健康促进后的结核病留深治疗率提高43.47%;治愈率提高6.63%。结论开展流动人口结核病人健康促进工作可以有效降低结核病发病率,且自创模式下的健康促进方式在提高流动人口结核病人留深治疗率、治愈率等方面都起到了显著的作用。Objective To explore the significance of the self-designed health promotion mode in floating population with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Through implementing the TB-patient-management-mode among the floating population in the administrative district,we objectively and systematically recorded the TB-related indicators during the two-year period after conducting the health promotion.At the same time,the surveyed indicators were compared with the TB-related indicators during the two-year period before conducting the health promotion.Results After conducting the health promotion among pulmonary TB patients in floating population,the treatment rate was 90% and the curative rate was 85%.The treatment rate increased 43.47% and the curative rate ascended 6.63%.Conclusions Developing health promotion in floating population with pulmonary TB can effectively reduce the incidence rate of TB,and moreover,the self-designed health promotion mode plays an important role in increasing the treatment rate and the curative rate of TB among the floating population.
