摘　　要：我国冠心病预防与治疗形势严峻,但目前缺少冠心病患者的全面现况调查。在冠心病的二级预防中,调脂药物的治疗也越来越受到重视。本文通过对长沙市1 432例病人3年体检信息进行回顾性分析,较全面地探讨各种干预措施(包括降脂药物)对冠心病患者的影响,进而提出合理的建议供患者参考。The situation of prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease is grim,but comprehensive surveys on current status of patients with coronary heart disease are insufficient at present.Lipid lowering drug therapy has attracted increasing attention in the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.In this paper,we retrospectively analyze 3-year medical information of 1,432 patients in Changsha,and then comprehensively explore the effects of various interventions（including lipid-lowering drugs） on patients with coronary heart disease.Some suggestions for the patients are presented as a reference.
